Korean-ish Beef
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 lb. burger (I used 93% lean)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce (I used low sodium)
1/4 tsp. ginger
Salt & pepper
1/2 -1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 bunch scallions, sliced
Heat oil in skillet. Brown beef with garlic. Drain & add the other ingredients, except the scallions. Garnish with scallions. Serves 4.
